Join us for a 2 hour paddle down the Kalamazoo River as we celebrate the beautiful of this now free flowing section of the river. We will meet at Fannie Pell Park in Plainwell on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 1:00 pm to shuttle vehicles and sign-in. We plan to get on the river around 2:00 pm. The Governor is seeking input on Michigan’s energy policy through a series of town hall style listening sessions. The State of Michigan website has a listing of all locations and dates. Our local listening session will be held at Western Michigan University’s Fetzer Center on Monday, March 18 from 1:00 – 5:00 pm in the Kirsch Auditorium.
